Drehmo shall store your personal data only for the period required for the respective purpose.

Should legal storage deadlines exist, the data shall be stored for the period of storage obligation. After expiry of this period, the further requirement for processing shall be examined. If there is no requirement, the data shall be erased.

 

6. To which recipients will the data be disclosed?

Drehmo will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law. Should Drehmo order third parties to process personal data, for example providers of external storage solutions or Cloud service providers, we assure that such an order processing will be performed in compliance with data protection based on the applicable national laws and regulations adopted at European level. Order processing service providers are selected with utmost care by us and compliance with technical and organisational measures taken by the contractor will be checked and recorded by AUMA.

When transferring personal data to a member of group outside of the EU or the EEA (so called third countries), we shall provide an adequate level of data protection by means of contractual agreements.

 

7. Data protection and data security

Drehmo deploys technical and organisational security measures to protect the data gathered from you against manipulation, loss, destruction as well as against unauthorised access. All information is transmitted in encrypted form. Users may only access order related data for disclosure of which the user is entitled. Our security measures are continuously improved in compliance with the latest technical developments.

Our employees are obliged to treat all data as confidential and to maintain data secrecy. The obligation to observe data secrecy shall persist after termination of their employment at Drehmo.

 

8. Tools

8.1 Google Maps

This page uses the cartographic services of Google Maps via API. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

For using functions of Google Maps, your IP address must be stored. Generally, this information is disclosed to and stored with the Google server in the US. The service provider of this page has no influence on data disclosure.

Google Maps is used for the purpose of a more attractive presentation of our online services and easier geolocalisation of the locations indicated on our website. This complies with the purposes of the legitimate interests according to article 6 para. 1 alinea f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
